Liangzhu Museum

Liangzhu Museum is located in Liangzhu town of Hangzhou.Liangzhu town is the center of Liangzhu culture，which can be traced back to almost 5，000 years ago The design concept of Liangzhu building is“a handful of jade awls falling to the ground）.”The building is made up of four unparallel rectangular buildings.The outer wall is made by yellow travertine，which looks like a jade from far away.In May 2008，the museum was listed as one of the“Best Public Projects ”at the second“Good Design Is Good Business ”Award.

The main theme of the museum is“Liangzhu Culture:Evidencing the 5，000-year-old Chinese Civilization.”It spreads Liangzhu culture to the public from three aspects，the archaeological research of Liangzhu Culture，re-appearance of the Ancient Kingdom of Liangzhu and presentation of Liangzhu Civilization.At present，Liangzhu Museum has received more than 600，000 visitors，including famous people home and abroad.
