Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge
The 55-kilometer,sea-crossing link is among the longest fxed-links in the world and is undoubtedly the most dazzling landmark in the Pearl River Delta area.Judging by the sheer size and architectural scope of this super bridge，opened to traffic on October 24，2018，Zhuhai is surely a city on the move；ambitious，forward-thinking，and not afraid to make a statement.
The ocean-crossing span further clarifies the scope and potential of the ambitious Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area scheme，announced to the world by the Chinese Central Government in 2017 and putting Zhuhai into the limelight of the world’s”bay arena”.

Such a new perspective and commitment，together with the”super bridge”waltzing on the expansive sea，promises to provide significant macro socio-economic benefits for the Greater Pearl River Delta Region including Hong Kong.

Zhuhai’s passion for innovation is best ilustrated by the swirling speed of the development of Hengqin，the country’s third state-level New Area designated by the State Council in 2009.In 2015，Henggin was declared a pilot free-trade zone，open to the world and standing at a new starting line in its exploration of economic diversity and ingenuity.Hengqin’s big heart appears to be eclipsed only by its even bigger future.The sky，it seems，is the only limit for this blessed land-and it’s a cobalt blue one at that.

Hengqin now hosts a string of highly innovative platforms highlighted by the Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park，which was surveyed by Chinese President Xi Jinping during his fourth visit to Hengqin，and InnoValley HQ，an exciting entrepreneurial base that has drawn a steady flow of new ideas from aspiring start-ups.
