Due to the fineness and tenderness of the raw material, the processed Gongting(Imperial) Pu-erh Tea Cakes were fermented to 70-80%. Because of the high standard of the raw material and the high cost selecting the material by hand, they have never been produced again. Scarcely seen in the market, they have be-come a collector’s item.
