Dalian Golden Pebble Beach National Resort，one of the 12 national re-sorts firstly approved by the State Council in 1992，mainly aims at receivingforeigrn guests.It’s the tourism functional zone of the four open-up pionee-ring zones of Dalian City.

Dalian Golden Pebble Beach has been developed and constructed since 1985.In 1988，the State Council approved Golden Pebble Beach as the state key scenic resort，and approved to construct national resort on De-cember 4th，1992.Dalian Golden Pebble Beach National resort Administra-tive Commitee，assigned by Dalian Municipal Government，is responsible for local development.
