Baozi is a type of steamed, filled bun or bread-like item in various Chinese cui- sines, as there is much variation as to the fillings and the preparations. It can be filled with meat and vegetarian fillings. Many types are found in most parts of China, such as large bun and small steamed bun.

Goubuli is a famous brand of stuffed Steamed stuffed bun from Tianjin,China,Founded in 1858,it is one of China’s longest Estabiished brands,Goubuli Baozi was among the 396 food items awarded the”Famous Chinese Snack”title by the China Cuisine Association in 1997.

Small steamed bun is a type of steamed bun from the Jiangnan region of China,especially associated with Shanghai and Wuxi. It is traditionally prepared in small food steamer,small bamboo steaming baskets,which give them their name.
